Dear Distinguished Colleagues,
The "14th Annual Meeting of Contemporary Issues in Renal Diseases and 9th Hypertension, Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation Congress with International Participation" will be jointly organized by the Turkish Society of Contemporary Issues in Renal Diseases and the Hypertension, Dialysis and Transplantation Foundation, will be held between 23 - 27 April 2025, at La Blanche Island Hotel, Bodrum, Türkiye.
Distinguished academicians and specialist physicians working in the fields of nephrology, dialysis, transplantation, internal medicine and cardiology from abroad and from various regions of our country will attend the congress, which aims to bring together respected scientists in the field of nephrology, mutual knowledge transfer and updating information in this field. In addition to updating classical topics, our congress also aims to discuss current developments in diagnosis and treatment.
We hope that our congress will contribute to the sharing of scientific knowledge, develop us academically and be a source of information while practicing our profession, and also we expect your support.

General Information
- As of April 17, 2013, electronic visa (e-Visa) replaces “sticker visa” which was issued at the border crossings. Applicants just need to log on to www.evisa.gov.tr , provide the requested information, (after the application is approved) make online payment and download their e-Visa.
- Please note that e-visa is only valid when the purpose of travel is tourism or commerce. Other purposes, such as work and study, require regular visa given by Embassies or Consulates.
- Passports should be valid at least six months longer than the expiry date of the requested visa.
- The term "official passports" covers diplomatic, service, special and official passports.
- Regardless of the visa regime applied towards the citizens of a country, the travel document holders of that country need to obtain visa from Turkish missions beforehand.
- Foreigners who will shoot a documentary film conduct a research or an archeological excavation should get a special permission from the Turkish authorities in advance.

Those, who will attend the congress scientific program as speakers, participants, accompanying persons or exhibitors must register. Registration can be made before the congress or at the congress center.
The registration fee includes; participation in scientific activities, program and abstract book (digital copy), certificate of participation, congress bag and badge.

There will be a badge check at the entrance to the congress activity areas, all participants and exhibitors who do not have room reservation at La Blanche island through Prime Kongre are required to pay a additional admission fee in addition to the congress registration fees. The above-mentioned registration fees include refreshments in the all-inclusive system at La Blanche Island Hotel and Congress Center between 23 April 14:00-18:00, 24, 25, 26 April 09:00-18:00 and 27 April 2025, 09:00 - 12:00. VAT will be added.
Cancellation Conditions
- For accommodation reservation cancellations, a written application must be made to Prime Congress Management and Tourism.
- For cancellations made on or before February 14, 2025 (economic payment date), 50% of the deposited fee will be refunded, excluding bank transfer costs.
- For cancellations made after February 14, 2025 (economic payment date), no refund will be given, but name changes will be allowed.
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
General Conditions
- In order to benefit from the economical fee for registration and accommodation, registration and accommodation fees must be deposited into the bank account before February 14, 2025, and bank wire document regarding the payment must be sent to the Congress Organization Secretariat via fax or e-mail.
- Regarding room reservation requests, it is mandatory to contact PRIME Congress and ask for availability before paying the fee, and reservations that are not confirmed by PRIME Congress will not be considered valid.
- Participants who request a transfer will be provided with a private airport-hotel-airport transfer service during the congress. You are kindly requested to contact the organization secretariat regarding your transfer requests.

Abstract Submission
The Scientific Programme Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the programme. Authors must submit abstracts online. Please note that only electronic submissions will be accepted.
Abstract Format
Word limit is 250 words.
Title should be brief and clearly indicate the content of the abstract.
Author and co-author names, institutions, cities and countries are to be typed in appropriate boxes. Include family name and initials of author(s).Do not include degrees or Professional titles (Dr, PhD, Prof, MD, etc.)

Evaluation of Abstracts
The evaluation will be made by the abstracts evaluation board, keeping the names / surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the abstracts to be evaluated, at least one of the researchers must complete the congress registration process. The evaluation result will be sent to all presenters as a conclusion letter on April 1, 2025. The congress organizing committee has full authority on this matter.
